Hello. I need to buy additional steak knives to match the ones in my Ginsu Chikara 12-piece bamboo set. However, when I look at the individual knife sets (4 steak knives) it looks like they don’t match. The ones in my set have a steel bolster but the separate knife sets have a cheap-looking plastic bolster. How do I go about ordering knives that are a match to my set? Thank you.
