Ginsu Licensed Products:  GINSU does license its brand name to licensors who make and distribute products bearing the GINSU name and brand. If you encounter an issue with a licensed product, please contact the licensor for assistance in repair or replacement.  For Brand Partners products (Presto Chopper, Multi Piece Chef Set, Disposable Cutting Mat,  Chop & Spiral)  contact support@brandptr.com,  and for Cooler Kitchen products (multi colored cutting mats) contact products@coolerkitchen.com. For all other licensed products, please refer to your original point of purchase, receipt and/or packaging.

Discontinued Series – Quikut, Chikara, Kiso, Daku, Nuri, Koden, Kotta and Essential Series: We are no longer manufacturing or directly selling the Quikut, Chikara, Kiso, Daku, Nuri, Koden, Kotta and Essential series of cutlery.   While we sell through any remaining inventory of these lines, these units will be sold without a warranty. Sold without a warranty means that any remaining inventory of these products is offered for sale as-is, and is not covered by any manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee. If you purchase one of these items from remaining inventory, Ginsu will not provide repair, replacement, or support for defects or issues that arise after the sale, regardless of the nature of the problem. All sales of these items are considered final, and customers assume all risk associated with their purchase.

Products purchased prior to December 31, 2025 remain under the warranty offered at that time related to defects in materials/workmanship. Any limited warranty to be free from defects in materials/workmanship means free from flaws caused by faulty materials or errors in the manufacturing process.

·       Coverage: The limited warranty covered defects that resulted from the use of inferior materials or mistakes made during manufacturing.

·       Exclusions: The limited warranty did not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

In the unlikely event that a defect in materials/workmanship exists in your product purchased prior to December 31, 2025, please send an email to: ginsucs@sfconsumerbrands.com.

Warranty Claim Instructions: To process any warranty request related to the Quikut, Chikara, Kiso, Daku, Nuri, Koden, Kotta or Essential series of cutlery, you will need to provide the following:

                  Images of the damaged knife(s) along with the complete set, ensuring the logo is visible. If you are able, please position a ruler beside the knife(s) to assist in identifying.

                  The knife model.

                  A copy of the original receipt.

                  A copy of the original warranty included with the sale of the product, which may be located on or in original packaging.

                  A description of the issue, as documented in photos.

                  Complete customer information including:

o   Name;

o   Email address;

o   Physical Shipping Address (No PO Boxes); and

o   Phone number.

                 Explanation of how you clean your knives. If you use a dishwasher, include the usual cycle length.

Please be advised, once your claim is reviewed, a member of the Ginsu team or its designee will reach out regarding the findings and review the next steps related to your claim. Please note that a warranty request can take up to ten (10) business days to process completely, not including shipping. Customer Service will provide instruction on whether to send in the product.
